The City of Chelan is committed to transparent governance and encourages community participation through its public meetings. Regular sessions include City Council meetings, Planning Commission meetings, and Airport Board meetings, all designed to address various aspects of city planning and development. Regular City Council meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month beginning at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, 135 E. Johnson Avenue, in the Council Chambers. If any Tuesday on which a meeting is scheduled falls on a legal holiday or Election Day, the meeting shall be held the first business day following the holiday or Election Day. Agendas and relevant documents can be found by clicking on the meeting date below or listed to the right.


Citizen comments will be taken during the Regular meetings only in the City Council Chambers.

Council Workshops are held on the first Tuesday of every month, January through December, excluding the month of July, beginning at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, 135 E. Airport Board meetings are held the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month beginning at 5:15 p.m., or as soon as possible there after, at City Hall, 135 E. Johnson Avenue, in the Council Chambers. If any Tuesday on which a meeting is scheduled falls on a legal holiday or Election Day, the meeting shall be held the first business day following the holiday or Election Day. Agendas and relevant documents can be found by clicking on the meeting date below or listed to the right.

Lake Chelan Sewer District (LCSD) meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:15 p.m. at the Public Works Building, 50 Chelan Falls Highway, in the Stormy Mountain meeting room. Agendas and relevant documents can be found by clicking on the meeting date below or listed to the right.

Planning Commission meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month beginning at 5:15 p.m. at City Hall, 135 E. Johnson Avenue, in the Council Chambers. Agendas and relevant documents can be found by clicking on the meeting date below or listed to the right.
